In four different cases, bail has been granted to Zaraif Ayaat Hossain, the head of transformation, Simeen Rahman, the CEO, and Transcom Group chairman Shahnaz Rahman. Simeen Rahman's attorney, Shahinur Islam, confirmed this information to Prothom Alo, claiming that the ruling was issued on Wednesday by Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Mahbub Ahmed of the CMM court in Dhaka.

When the three were the targets of the litigation, they had already left the nation. Subsequently, they submitted individual writ petitions to the High Court, requesting support for their entry back into the nation and unhindered participation in the trial.

In response, the court issued an order ensuring their unhindered return and their surrender to the court within the following 72 hours.

Shortly after their return from overseas vacation, the three senior executives of Transcom Group showed themselves in front of the CMM court in Dhaka on Wednesday morning in compliance with the mandate.

They appeared in court, surrendered, and entered bail agreements. Four of their appeals were granted bail by the court.

On February 22, Simeen's younger sister Shazreh Huq accused eight Transcom Group officials in three charges she filed with the Gulshan police station.

Five executives were detained by the police right away on the grounds of the cases, but they were eventually granted bail by the judge.

On March 22, Shazreh filed a second lawsuit against eleven individuals. Arshad Waliur Rahman, their younger brother, passed away approximately nine months ago, and she claimed that he was killed.

In every case, bail has been granted to the three top executives of Transcom Group as of this Wednesday. Bail was earlier granted for the remaining suspects.
